    阿金小厨房之炒鸡丁

    阿金小厨房承蒙大家捧场 反响热烈 所以继而积极推出新菜色

    这次的炒鸡丁非常简单 只需一点小技巧 就能炒出非常可口滑嫩的炒鸡丁哦~~~特点 清淡 健康

    材料 鸡胸脯肉 青椒 胡萝卜

    鸡肉切成丁后放入少许绍兴酒 去腥(本人不喜欢生姜 大家也可用生姜等去腥)再放入少许盐 腌制30分钟(这个腌制时间可以个人掌握)

    加油热锅 把鸡肉放入锅中煸炒 颜色一遍就立即出锅 无需鸡肉完全熟了再起锅 因为把鸡肉盛出放入碗中之后 余热会让鸡肉变熟 外加最后还要和青椒胡萝卜这些配料一起煸炒 所以动作一定要迅速 炒一下就可出锅了

    然后再加少许油 把胡萝卜放入煸炒 再放入青椒 因为胡萝卜比青椒慢熟 本人又喜欢很酥酥的胡萝卜所以有这个先后顺序 要是不在乎的话 可以一起话 都是没有问题的

    如果像我这样 喜欢很酥的胡萝卜和青椒的话 那煸炒一会后要记得加水 焖一下才行

    等到这些配料达到你满意的软硬度后 就放入之前煸炒的鸡丁 再加入盐即可 记得动作要迅速哦 这样子 炒出来的鸡丁才嫩哦~~~

    TIPS 你是否在每次切菜的时候为切成什么形状而烦恼呢~

    那我来告诉大家个小技巧~~~要么全部切成丁 要么全部切成丝 所以青椒胡萝卜这些配料我都切成了小丁 丁不宜太大

           这道菜可以再加少许香菇 味道也是很不错的~
